 The

Export Online Contact Info
Site will include a contact form that when submitted by the
user will collect and upload contact info directly to a database
on the host server. The chamber staff will have the capability
to download this info via online admin in a CVS spreadsheet
format and will easily be able to import the data into any
in house database they currently use. This database can be
used for payments, marketing plan; direct or email marketing,
etc., without any necessary data re-entry.

Track Results
Chamber staff can view reports on a statistical counter showing
how many hits they are receiving on each page and what keywords
visitors are using to find chamber info, members, events,
community events, news, etc…This is valuable information
for further website development.
Printer Friendly Pages
Make it easy for your visitors and members to print out
your pages for their own use without using a lot of their
own ink. Printer friendly pages are available throughout the
website.
Social Networking Links
Take advantage of the latest trend in social networking
icons and links on our chamber page leading to your other

Survey Function
Encourage your visitors to be more involved with your chamber
site by offering surveys on a variety of topics of your choosing.
Staff can pick subject involving the chamber or something
happening in your community. This is a great way to increase
more traffic to your site and make and your chamber more visible
and a valuable community resource. Visitors will submit answers
to the survey and the results show live online instantly.
