Our Approach and Design Process

One of the most important features we Texas Best Chambers offers: Ownership of your own content management system and entire web development application. You are not required to pay us expensive ongoing monthly fees to use "our system". Once we develop the site for you, your Chamber owns it, so in the long run you save a good deal of money without having to pay a monthly payment forever. Our staff will always be available for any ongoing support you at any time.

Personal attention is our #1 priority for our clients. We provide you with a custom design - unique to chamber and community. We work with your team on the color scheme and style you desire to create a custom website design for your Chamber’s own unique look to “brand” your name and services. We do not use “canned templates” which means no other site will look exactly like yours, giving your chamber its unique look to represent your community.

Once we know exactly what kind of design style you are looking for, we create graphic design “mockups” or sample designs for you to view. If we get really lucky, we “hit it out of the ballpark” the first time. Typically there is some “tweaking” of items in the design and once changes are made and approved we integrate the graphic design into the html coding to create the shell of the website design.

During the website design we will implement all the proper search engine optimization (SEO) into the coding of your site for optimal ranking by search engines. We then install an invisible statistical counter on the website so you can login into an account and see how visitors are finding you and where they are coming from.

While our designers are working on the front end website design, our programmers are providing all the programming necessary for all interaction that the visitor and chamber staff will have with the online admin, database and any online forms. We then enter the testing phase, where all the interactive capabilities of the programming are tested to make sure everything is working 100%.
